• Shipping Methods and Charges: We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your artwork securely. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight, and will be shown during checkout.

• Delivery Times: Delivery durations depend on the shipping address. Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 7-14 business days, while international shipping times may vary.

• Shipping Areas: We ship globally. Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Process:
Since all sales are final, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and collaborate with you to find an appropriate solution.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our artworks, cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed. Please make sure to review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.
